Had to eat the workers left a mess The roof started leaking and they said they was going to come back and fix it and never showed back to fix it. The company said they was coming and I waited all day for them and they never showed from waiting 2 months for the fix. It started leaking the day they put it up. Very unprofessional dont care about the customer. Very disappointing Jude fraley customer

Installed the wrong product.

Contacted them about an issue I had with the building that was installed. Only wanted the things in question added to building in which I was more than happy to pay the difference. Jeff was very unprofessional and treated me as I wasnt nothing. Not to mention it took 4 months for a project that was supposed to be 3-6 weeks. Dont waste your money

They are coming out today to repair bad work from March and this is the third attempt. This has been ongoing and not at all pleased by customer service or the work performed. I finally had one gentleman call to say they were coming back, he deducted 100 dollars, but...

They were late both days, then left the second day due to shortage of materials for a few hours and we wondered if they were coming back. On the last day we started noticing shoddy work.

We have many pictures, but the worst was the torn bent up roof metal they covered up so we couldn't see it. My husband noticed it and told them and they said the ridge would cover it, but that was not acceptable. They took those pieces back so we did not get a picture of the torn ones. it looks like it was at least 9 damaged ones.

The other damages were done by the workers. They left the building exposed where the rain can get in and run down the metal in between it and the insulation, but they said it was weather proof, but I was concerned about mold. Some of the siding was cut too short and did not meet the trim. They cut two pieces of trim to go around a corner, but only needed one, so they just cut a piece to patch the hole.

Both of the trim pieces up front wert bowed out because they did not trim it short enough. We told them about that and they fixed it. They walked all on the metal siding. Many pieces are not cut straight.

The metal around the doors is bucked up where it is not cut right. If they would have been here for the full two days, maybe this would not have turned out so bad.

I ordered a carport 10x21 form max steel buildings out Murfreesboro TN. I had to order from a local dealer here in Ooltewah TN. I was told it will probably take 6-10 wks for build and install of carport. Well it took 10 wks to build and another few weeks for them to schedule delivery and install of carport. We were told by scheduler that crew would come out late on Friday afternoon. Well we waited and no one showed up or called us that no one was coming out. Many calls later to customer service , you have to call them for updates and scheduling, *** poor customer service and communication. Finally scheduled delivery and install on Monday morning. The install crew was very unprofessional and not very accommodating. They installed carport on concrete pad unevenly. They left screws and shavings all over the place and refused to clean up saying its not our job they left without even a walkthrough with my wife. Called customer service to complain but they acted like it was our fault that crew installed carport unaligned to concrete pad. My 7 y.o. Granddaughter could have installed this carport on straight line. I wish I hadnt put down a down payment on this carport otherwise I would have cancelled the build on this carport. I will never order anything from max steel buildings ever again!!!. Dont make my mistake . Go with someone else .!
