Support is terrible
- - Unable to sort watchlist by auctions after the new site launch.
- - Support hasn't fixed it in nearly a year; today they said NEVER was an option.

Nearly a year after 1st contact, support hasnt fixed yet.
Had gall today to say NEVER was an option in new website. Surprising since last agent gad that option on their system when I called 3 months ago

Running late for pick up. the owner was there and i was able to get the things i purchased. Thank your customer service for contaction the seller as to our getting there late.
due to very heavy traffic what should have taken 35 minutes took over 1.15 hr. customer service was able to contact seller and we did receive our purchase.
