It appears that maxdramaa is AKA as Reel Short. They are the ones who checked my review here on Pissed Consumer. But on my bank statement appeared as Mind Drama.
Maxdramaa will not address my concerns. They continue to send the same canned response over and over stating that my membership has been canceled and that I won't be charged any further.
I have attached proof that I canceled my membership the day after I signed up. I signed up for a monthly subscription not quarterly. Then they turned around and billed me $45.99 for a quarterly subscription.
It is blatant fraud. And I want them to refund my monies.
I have attached the cancellation email as proof.
Then they sent me an email saying they were going to charge me for a quarterly subscription at $45.99. Which triggered me looking into my bank statements. Again, I did not sign up for a quarterly subscription but a monthly subscription and I canceled the day after.
I couldn't find the $45.99 charge because they billed me two lesser charges adding up to the $45.99. And instead of showing up on my bank statement as maxdramaa it appeared as Mind Drama.
It took a while for the bank and I to figure it out.
Very sketchy!
And again, I didn't sign up for a quarterly subscription and I canceled my monthly subscription the day after I signed up.
And I have gone around and around with them about the fact they need to refund my monies! But they continue to send me the same canned response over and over and will not address my concerns.
