Someone stole my card and bought stuff from you
Someone stole my 10 year old son's card info and bought a $100 of products from your website whoever I talked to lied and said they don't see where someone used the card and there is nothing they can do about it. I have proof and it shows exactly where and when and time someone used it. So that tells me if there was an issue with anything y'all won't fix it. I called several times and was on hold for a good while before I got a person.
