My mother placed an order of 2 products at the end of February 2021 but she have not received it at this time. She want to be credit for both of them.

I received an email from Max Wellness revival.They provided me with an email address and the name of a contact as well as a tracking number for Canada Post. I was able to check the status of the package wich was sent and was stocked at Custom in Richmond BC.
I waited 2 weeks and contacted Canada Post and was told the pkge has not been released from Customs to Canada Post and there was nothing that could be done at this time. The package had been there for 40 days +. So I decided to call my credit card and request a refund. My credit card company will take care of the matter and reimburse me.
All I have to do if the parcel ever comes to my door is to refuse it.I received my reimbursement of $251.00 the next day.Thank you for your time. I appreciate that you were able to provide me with an email and track number. This should have been done right away when the first email was sent.
They only gave me a phone# that didnèt work. This shows right away this company cannot be trusted.Regards,Pauline Chamberland
I tried calling the customer service number and never received and had a busy signal all the time.
I send a chat about it and to provide me with a response, they are asking $5.00 on my credit card. They already cheated me for over $250.74, I will not give them a penny more.

Because it is been approved ..so have to wait to get my order and then return it. Check with MasterCard and it not approves yet..

- - Facebook ads promoted a free CBD Gummy Bears trial.
- - Promo led to a purchase page with no free bottle; 1 bottle at $39, then a $300+ charge.
They have other sites under different names ads on Facebook. They were offering free trial of 1 bottle of CBD Gummy Bears.
I watched their promo and decided I would try it, I was directed to another page and there were NO free bottles but several options to purchase. I decided I would try it anyway and press for 1 bottle at 39.00 USD. After I entered my personal info and credit card, the site went dead. I thought it ditched me and carried on with what I was doing, this was approx.
7pm. The next morning I was checking my credit card online statement for something else and saw a charge of over 300.00 from MAX WELLNESS REVIVAL. That was not a Co. I had ever heard or dealt with.
I called as soon as they opened and spoke with a fellow who said I had in fact ordered all this product and that I would have to take it! The order had not even had time to be processed, I have never received a confirmation of what I supposedly bought, what the product was or the amount it would cost. I tried to deal with Live chat for many days and only got messed around with. Do NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO WATCHING ANYTHING THAT SAYS FREE TRIAL OFFER! THEY GET 0 STARS IN EVERY CATAGORY, THEY WERE DREADFUL IN EVERY AREA!!
