Hi, I had some photos printed yesterday at your Newcastle Grainger Street store. Ive noticed there appear to be marks on some of the prints that look like they may have been caused by a fingernail pressing too hard.
Ive also noticed a black mark on the white border of one of the photographs. The prints were kept safely in the packaging from collection until today, so the marks were not caused after I took them home.
Could you please advise if these can be inspected or reprinted? Thank you.
