- - Max Employment scheduled 9:00 am due to childcare, didn't return calls, and gave no real service over a year, and Mission Providence is suggested.
I was with Max Employment for a whole year, they knew that I had 3 children still at school but regardless- still made appointments at 9.00 am- I had no car to get there, so whenever I called to explain my situation- they NEVER returned my calls- and as a result- my centerlink income support was being cut off, this happened several times. Then a made a complain with 'national services' and they got very nasty and spiteful-vindictive if you will- awesome!
These people could not care less about anything except making you look bad and getting their tax-payer funding commissions. They provided no service whatsoever for me over that year- all they did was tell me to go and get on a computer to look for jobs, that's it- my resume was never updated and I never received 1 single call about any job in that 12 months either.
As of March 2018- ALL job providers will now be rated and if they score lower than 3 they will not be having their license renewed- so with a lot of luck- Max Employment will be no longer operating as the useless, money-grabbing rip of waste of money that they are. GO TO 'MISSION PROVIDENCE' employment providers instead- they are awesome!
