I had Missed my policy premium.But on realisation I paid all my due premiums.Thereafter my medical reports along with health declaration form were also given.After fulfilling all requirements my policy is still not activated

i am in serious trouble with one of your aganet in Axix bank balasore . They milead me in buying a policy with multiple premium when i asked for a singel premium policy.pleae let me knwo an email id so i can send all my communcaitions with them and i urgently need to cancel teh policy

Regarding my policy details
I had taken a Max life policy #60102**** in 2021 from Yes bank , Bannerghatta Road, JP nagar branch.
I have several times tried to contact them but no response.
Since I am in Indonesia now I could call them on ph & Max life customer care dont have a WhatsApp number
