My daughter purchased furniture for her apartment. The furniture was hard when you sit on it like it's no cushion no padding on sofa or love seat so my sister came set on it saying why furniture hard call the store.
The store seems to be give us the run around. Than I was told in order for them to take furniture back they would charge me 30% to return furniture and I can use the rest to purchase new furniture. I never heard of nothing like this before where they take 30% off what you paid for a return. So now I'm loosing money for Defective merchandise that they stole me.
I went in to the store looking for manager they claim she wasn't there I also was looking for the furniture in the store my daughter brought that was high on top of the wall that furniture not there no more. We got the furniture delivered to us on the 26 of April. I really think this is so *** up that they stole us *** up Furniture. The lady name is Lucy.
Now I no damn well if you brought something and was happy with it you would return it. This is my daughter first apartment first set of furniture and she about to loose out on her money cause MAXX FURNITURE HAS A *** UP FURNITURE THIS IS SO WRONG.

I ordered furniture from your disreputable company in August, 2011. The last piece was to be delivered today, November 10, 4 months later.
I ordered the $95 white glove service, when delivery got here they said white glove wasnt ordered.
They then started to remove furniture back in truck. Delivery guy was laughing the whole time about the misshap, and told me to "Shut up ***" when I asked how he would like to have this happen to him. I called police.
They came, driver was handcuffed, then let go.
Driver told whoever that I asaulted him. Im 56 years old He also said I jumped in truck. Police couldnt do anything, said it was a civil suit. They left the curio cabinet on sidewalk.
They were going to leave it in road until officer said he had to move it. Called your customer service, which is NO service at all Spoke with Kenny Cherry, who was absolutely no help at all.He believed delivery person, was arrogant as *** and hung up on me. Went to Lowes to get dolly to do myself, fortunately there was a young kid there that offered to come to my home free of charge and move it for me. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Im reporting you to BBB. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MAX FURNITURE!!!
