Max arms lied about an item that was purchased. They told my wife that her package was in the process of shipping.
They then sent her an email said that her order was canceled to get back on their page and reorder. Unfortunately the item is no longer available. They have been really hard to get ahold of . you call the phone number no one answers.
you leave a message no one calls back. you email them you might get an email back if you say something that catches their attention.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

Same experience and their shipping charges and double of what they should be. Then they do not deliver and refund for items only and keep your shipping money.
