Ripped off
Had electrician come out from Roseville CA office to fix an electrical issue. The charge to come out and check it out was$49.
Technician was excellent and after a5 minute initial inspection said that it was a level 3 case and had me sign off on$430 inspection. He then took 45 minutes to assess an outlet was the problem and should be replaced.
He wanted$106 to replace the outlet. I said no, and he left being on sure a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Being charged $430 for an hour is outrageous as well as$106 for a $6 dollar outlet that took me 2 minutes to install.
Ripped off.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
