Maverick Bankcard High Risk Merchant SCAM
HIGH RISK if you work with Maverick Bankcard. These scam artists will steal from you. If you are in the following industries selling pharmaceuticals, stocks, multi level marketing (mlm), online dating, online casinos,nutraceuiticals, e-cigarettes, or any other business that deals with clients then you should avoid MAVERICK BANKCARD AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU PERIOD. After dealing with this merchant and not listening to the negative reviews that I read I paid the price. I am out over $70,000 from working with these SCAM ARTISTS. The complaints against Maverick Bankcard are real. Very Real. These scammers keep on telling their clients that they will release the funds and then they make up an excuse and hold your funds even a year after the transaction has passed. Their excuses are invalid and they told me if I had a problem I could leave me trailer park in Colorado and come see them in person. They are unprofessional, rude, and thieves. Do not work with them. Man I seriously wish I could've seen this before I spent any of my money with maverick. They completely scammed me in almost the EXACT way they did you.
I went to them because I run a high risk business and I was turned down by previous processors and honestly I was desperate to start to be able to accept credit.
After about a month of good goings Maverick decided to make up a condition that was not agreed to, tell me that I violated the condition and thus keep my money. We seriously need to get the word out about them and their ridiculous practices.
I recently had a similar encounter with maverick and my story sounds eerily similar to yours. We agreed that they would provide a service with the money I was given by customers and they kept the money and did not process it. I sincerely hope they wake up and stop jerking people around because they will be sued.
I had a similar experience working with Maverick Bank Card as well. Everything started off OK in the beginning and then it became very difficult to deal with their staff.
Customer services goes a long way these days. Hopefully Maverick will wake up and get the message!
