They charged me and when I cancelled the 2 orders because they weren't shipped after 2 weeks. They refused to refund me my money back, and they lied to the credit card company saying that they sent the item, while it's all a lie.

Furthermore, they sent a fake order # to inform the credit company that they shipped the item, while it's all a lie, and the other lie is they want me to cancel my dispute to refund me back, while they can just refund my money and close the case. They are liars, liars, liars.

Haven't received a tracking number yet and it's been a week since I ordered my coat. Do you guys send tracking numbers?

Beware. My husband purchased me a very expensive Jacket that took over a month to receive and the git was terrible.

The "leather" appears to be fake or so thin and cheap it looks fake. The jacket came from Pakistan not Canada and the cost to return is so high its not worth it. We opted for a 20% refund and still have not received it.

This company is a scam. Do not trust them

Their ad on Google shopping said delivery by 12/15. On Christmas eve they told me it would be at least 2 more weeks.

I cancelled and they said I would get the refund in a few days. It has been 14 days - no refund.

I still have not received my package which I paid $141.00 for it's a present for my fiance

Returned jacket nearly a month ago its been sitting in same place waiting to be collected cannot get any response from mauvetree

Mauvtree are saying my returned item hasnt reached them at there address even though I returned it to the address they gave and has been tracked to the address given and has not been collected iam going through claims department withthe British Royal Mail insurance to try and get a refund, mauvtree are a fraudulent company telling lies all the time

AVOID or you will lose you money!

Ordered jacket, took a very long time to get it but finally arrived - wrong style :( and not a genuine leather (parts yes, but majority faux) so decided to contact seller and ask questions. Long story short was give an option to keep jacket for 25% refund or send it back at own expense and also pay customs charges so they will issue full refund!

I've decided to send it back as some money back is better than non for this purchase. They have provided return address for CANADA, did cost me circa £40 to send back but hey ho. Item was tracked so finally arrived to provided destination, well sort of as it was put in postal box and never claimed as online history shows, despite recipient was notified. Seller is very bad at communication and still says they will get other department to get back to me, luckily I've paid with credit card and they are now dealing with it so there is still a chance I might receive some sort of refund.

RIDICULOUS, AVOID as all they do is to play on time, luckily I managed to contact credit card provided 1 day before deadline passed for claim to be considered. Pretty website but products not as described, VERY SLOW and NOT TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE.

Jacket ordered was dark brown from photo's on their web page. Jacket that came was a drastic difference and rust colored.

Not even close to what I ordered. Now Mauve tree is saying that due to photography, there may be color differences and I can't return the jacket. As with other customers, I will mail the jacket back and dispute the card charge.

Stay away from this company. Very poor customer service and you will not get what you ordered.

I have bought a leather jacket from MauveTree a month ago, I was not expecting such a quality leather from them. I'm quite happy from their jackets and also quick response time. i recommend this website.
