Kathie Maughan, Maughan Design, offers to come to our home and provide estimates for a remodel job. She brought an assistant to take notes from the meeting.
They showed up late for the appointment. Kathie Maughan did not offer any good ideas for remodeling our home. Did I mention that they showed up late? Kathie Maughan was condisending and curt with the assistant, we felt really uncomfortable and bad for the assistant.
She was there for less than one hour and charged two hundred dollars for a service that other contractors do for free.
Why should we pay for for her to have a chance at making a lot of money from us? Not even worth the money.
