We Started our Mattress Shopping a couple of months ago and bought our Latex Bed from a Local Store in our area (Bed Pros), we live in Tampa and there are Tons of Mattress Stores. After having countless issues with NOISY box Springs,and the salesperson would not help us, and after several attempts to speak to the owners (not allowed at this company) we decided to seek out another mattress store that might carry the same brand, because all we wanted was for them to replace the NOISY box springs.
We came across Mattress Avenue on the Web as an authorized Dealer of the Latex Mattress we bought, so we decided to call them and see if they could help us....and I was shocked, they said they would absolutely help us because they believe in helping people even after the sale if there is a problem.
They replaced our NOISY box springs that same week and we have now recommended them to all our friends. Thought I would give them Kudos, to a job well done !!
Very Very Happy Customer
We have been Very, Very Happy with Mattress Avenue. We have purchased beds from them on three separate occasions over the past few years and we have been very pleased with the product and service let alone the best prices.
We will continue sending customers to them and we will go back if we ever need any beds in the future.
We can't see why people would shop at the large chains and spend so much more, they have saved us $1600 in combined savings on all three of our purchases. I guess that's what should be expected of a family owned and operated business .
Mattress Avenue sold bad mattress 3 times
Bought a mattress and it sagged within 3 months ( worst than the 15 year old one I got rid of)They replaced it and the same thing happened and now on my third matress that is doing the same thing. I want my money back ,they said no refunds..They rework old mattress.
I bought from Mattress Avenue 6841 SR 54 New Port Richie Fl.34653..I don't want another mattress from the company! I call serta corporate they said the store deals with warranty problems.
so again the customer is left with no recourse. I can go to small claims which will cost me more money that I don't have!

I went out to Terry's House and Found absolutely Nothing Wrong with the Mattress he was sold, however we did find his Water Bed Foundation to be sagging, Because it was 15 years old and had warped, therefore causing the mattress to sag.
Maybe before putting a false review online, he should mention the Facts about his 15 year old foundation doing the sagging, and not the mattress.
What qualifications does this Serta Rep have. My wife and I Also purchased a bed from this same store and we have the eacat problem with this bed, sagging after laying on it for less that 90 days.
After my wife returned to this store and spoke to the store manager, he made very little attempt to help us out. When we asked for a copy of the Bed Warrenty, we were told to go search for one on the internet. Can anyone believe being treated like this today when furtinure companies are hurting so much for your business?
We now understand "Mad Terry" feelings. Looks like small claims court here we come and also, Bad Publicity is the WORST PUBLICITY...
Mattress Avenue is now working with us to resolve these complaints, April 20, 2013.
I have tried to remove my above complaint but after contacting "Pissed Consumer" I was unable to make any changes to past complaints. Please understand that my wife and I have worked out all issues with the store manager at Mattress Avenue and everything is to be resolved by this Wednesday 5/8/13.
