Fake customer representatives
Received alleged call from female representatives claiming to call on behalf of president of FFO,parent company of Mattress and More. I suggest if legal in your state record any settlement offer purposed!
Two things this company good at 1) Bedbugs delivery to me 2) B...S...! Louisville Ky has better stores with better products and customer care!
BED BUGS
Purchased Mattress set $2100 at Mattress and More 6801 Dixie Hwy.Spent additional $1600 with local reputable pest control company to rid bed bugs from home! Reciept available for veiwing!
Purchase made July 2018. I strongly recommended you not do business with this store or parent company FFO located in the same mall,Dixie Manor Shopping Center! Do Sgt.
Williams ,Veteran,USAF, a favor and spend your money somewhere else! I stand by my claim that this place doesn't deserve our business!
Outer Loop store exoerience
My wife and I had been to two other stores looking for a mattress that we both could agree on. Our salesman (Kevin) asked if we had been shopping and how much mattress education we had received. From that point he took us through price ranges and quality differences which allowed my wife an I to make our choice.
The mattress delivery date, time and in stock were very important parts of the our choice. It was delivered on time, next day and delivery crew was also very professional.
This was our second purchase from Mattress and More , we our recommending them to anybody that want to feel good about their mattress purchase. Thanks again kevin!

Great customer service
Nick was excellent. I would recommend him for a sales person to anyone who is looking for someone knowledgeable about mattresses.
He never pressured us to buy one, showed us the different types of mattresses and allowed us to test it out for as long as we wanted. Highly recommended Nick and this company.
The prices were good. We will go back due to Nick!!!!!

Mattress and More - Mattress Review from Brooks, Kentucky
In May 2015 I purchased a mattress from Mattress & More for over $3000. In early January 2016, the foundation collapsed, making it impossible for us to sleep on the bed.
We have tried to get the foundation replaced without success. Today we were told it would be delivered between 8 and 5 pm.
At 5:15 we called the Service Center and advised that there was no schedule to deliver a foundation to us.

Filed a complaint on Feb 2 regarding a bed bought from them in May 2015. Today, a new bed was delivered.
My only complaint is that it took them a month to do so. Did not know where to post this or have a number to reach you to advise that the situation was resolved. Since this will not be forwarded unless I have eighty words, I will just have to keep typing till eighty comes up.

I was out shopping for mattresses and went to the Mattress and More in St Matthews. The employee that I worked with, Stephanie, was so helpful.
She helped fit me for a mattress, explaining the whole time about the importance of support and alignment. I ended up purchasing a Tempurpedic. It's true that they last, my parents have has one for 17 years. It was delivered the next day, and it's been the best thing I've ever bought.
I read the not so good reviews before going in to the store, and I feel like the people who complain about things like saggy mattresses just had unrealistic expectations...Tempurpedic is the way to go.
Thanks again to the team at the St Matthews location, I called and asked the manager Kevin a question and he was very straightforward and helpful too.

I have a similar story to others here. Let me just start by saying this place advertises that their prices are lower than others and nothing can be further from the truth.
My main complaint is that even though I specifically insisted on a firm mattress and paid extra for what was not an inexpensive mattress with supposedly more support, the mattress was completely not supportive and sagged from day 1 (see pic of guitar bag propping up right side of my bed). I called the store and instead of bring met with any kind of sympathy, the vendor was rude and basically said SOL buddy. My advice is to go with costco for some other reputable retailer with a reasonable return policy ir at least respectable customer service.
Additionally, the store I purchased the mattress from even refused to deliver forcing me single handedly to load it in a pickup truck and deliver it into my place by myself. These guys are a joke.
Poor customer service
I purchased a pillow top mattress and adjustable bed frame on Sunday from the Outer Loop Mattress & More. I was having surgery on Thursday and asked to have my bed delivered on Wednesday. No problem.
Wednesday arrived and as the delivery men were coming in I noticed they were delivering the wrong bed bed frame. I stopped them and immediately contacted the store on Outer Loop where I purchased it. I was told that they could deliver a new one the following day. Sure I said that would be fine. They took out the bed frame and then advised they were going to leave the new mattress. Fine.
After they pulled out of my driveway I noticed they had left the wrong mattress. I got on the phone again and while talking with a woman at the store the delivery men returned. They advised me they had delivered my mattress and bed frame to another customer. The woman on the phone then asked if she could have the men go pick up my set and bring it back. Ummm......no as I paid for a brand new set not one delivered and set up in someone else's home earlier in the day. I did not know what kind of home my bed had been in or what had happened on it while it was set up in someone else's home.(Bedbugs, etc.) She said on they would have a new set to me on Thursday. I did receive the correct mattress and frame set late Thursday afternoon.
By Saturday my husband and I went back to the store to speak with Dean who had sold us the set. I advised him the mattress was too hard and not like the one in the store I tried out and purchased. He explained that I had to keep the mattress for a minimum of 21 days to break it in before we could exchange it or return it. I told him we had not been able to sleep on it. I left unhappy with his response.
I again returned on the following Monday and told him no something was wrong with the mattress and I wanted to return it. I advised that it had been 3 days and something was wrong. He asked me if I was uncomfortable on the bed due to my recent surgery. Ummm....again no that had nothing to do with the mattress. He said to call him back on Tuesday and he would contact his supervisor to see what could be done. He again said a minimum of 21 days we had to keep it. Again I tested the mattress in the store I had originally picked out an advised Dean this was not what I had at home.
I tried to call him the day he said and he was not working that day and I was asked to call back 2 days later when he returned. My husband went back and had to purchase a new mattress and expressed his distrust in Dean and Mattress & More and how unhappy I was with him and this purchase.
I also called another location to inquire about their return policy and learned Dean was the manager and he had not offered for a customer service person to come out and Inspect the mattress for faults. I was told that there was not a firm version of the mattress we bought currently selling in their stores and a tech could come out to inspect it. It could be a "lemon" and they could let me know. I thought that sounded great as my mattress felt very hard and definitely not like the one in the store. The man also had me check the tag on the mattress to verify the model in case a different model had been delivered. I thanked the man for his help and told him Dean had never offered me any of that help. He advised he was sorry and if he could be of further assistance he would.
Finally my new mattress was delivered and it is like what I tried out in the store. I ended up upgrading to a memory foam bed.
I am very unhappy with Dean and Mattress & More. I will never purchase anything else there and discourage others from doing the same. It is sad a manager did not have more customer service skills or attempt to resolve my problem in a timely manner. I felt as if I was given the run around. I later learned from another employee the mattress I had purchased was a newer model and there were older models in the warehouse that the company was trying to send out. Sounded like they were being sneaky and did not want to admit fault. In a matter of 3 days I believe I can tell that something is wrong and do not need to keep it for 21 days. The one I tested in the store was great but not the one I was delivered. The ground is softer than what they tried to give me. Do not buy from Dean and Mattress & More.
Sealy mattress droopy achy back
My sealy mattress was bought about 3 years ago. After about 6 months the bed had 2 droopy spots where my husband and myself sleep.
I called Mattress More, where we bought the mattress and made a complaint. Matt. & More sent a person to check it out, stated the body drooping on mattress had to get a certain depth before they can do anything about it. Now 2 years later this mattress feel very boughy, soft and getting harder to turn over due to the sinking of your body into the drooping area.
My husband and myself are of normal size people and are not too heavy for this mattress. We bought this mattress for a firm mattress due we both have back problems which seem to be worse as the drooping continues. I guess if we keep this mattress we will be sleeping in hammock soon. We paid about 1200.00 for this mattress and were so proud how well it slept, until the drooping started.
This mattress is suppose to be memory foam, but it very forgetful because it forgets to go back to original shape. I'm asking again for something to be done, we can not afford to buy another mattress as we are both retired now.
Also, this mattress didn't have tag, which the Matt. & More person noticed when he came to check it out 2 years ago.
