Will not honor paint work
I purchased my Kia 2020 Sportage as a certified pre-own with 6900mi. from the Fuccillio Auto group.
Dealership was sold to Matthews. The paint job done on my Vechicle by Fuccillo. Matthews sales manager states that I didnt buy it from them.
Although the repair manager said they would take care of the issue with the paint peeling. It should still be honored under the warranty and my additional warranty purchased from the dealers
- Do not stand by warranties nor extended warranty
- Sales manager has the power over the repair managet
Preferred solution: My car repainted or for them to reimburse me for getting the Vechicle painted . I was quoted $500.00
