I purchased over $5,000 of leather furniture along with a $419.00 5 year warranty that covered all.types of damages and cushion, wood framing and mechanical issues. I recently put in a claim
for the cushions to be red stuffed and a scrape on the leather recliner to be repaired and both times I submitted the claim, they were denied!
Once because the wording didn't match the 5 pictures submitted and then because the date of noticing the damage didn't match the date of submission of claim! Well, life happens people! My life got interrupted by trauma and time flew! Now.all.the supposed warranty company wants to do for us is send a.pro rated refund of an undisclosed amount that I have to sign for!
They won't tell me how.much until after I sign the paper!.They also told me I should have read the fine print on the warranty contract to know why they weren't going to handle my claim! This is just wrong! The furniture is faulty and I clearly overpaid for cheaply made products! The warranty company is 5STAR Warranty,.please beware of this company and the.
Furniture companies who use it! My daughter bought a sectional from Ashley furniture 11 years ago and she leads an active life with lots of people coming over. Her sectional is a microfiber, the cushions are still firm, there.are no.tears, and it still looks and feels as.great as the day she bought.it! I'm going to buy from Ashley furniture from now on!
Matter Brothers is the worst ever! Live and learn and I don't even think the Salvation Army will take this Jimmy sofa away!

Sectional was delivered broken and missing dream air mattress that was ordered. The sectional took 9 months to arrive and after 6 weeks issue is still not resolved.

I bought 4Hands sectional - cushion filling is much too soft and lumpy (and noisy) for a $4000 sofa. I am having the cushions insides changed to a quality foam - $530.00! If you have a rep for 4Hands, I would like to contact them.

I spent $5000 at Matter Brothers 3 years ago on a reclining sofa and a.recliner chair. I purchased a $419 warranty plan also for this furniture.
The sofa has had a !older smell since day.1 and the cushions have been worn down in less than a year! Matter Brothers said the !older smell was.our fault and the warranty company has refused.every claim giving lame excuses for anything saying we should have read the fine print!
This company is a sham! They sell faulty furniture and fake warranty's!
