Lost tickets
I purchased two tickets for the Eugene, Oregon event. I have lost them, and I cannot find anything in my spam.
Please help me; these were tickets for my sister's birthday. I have called so many numbers on Matt's website. No one could help.
My sister's husband died two weeks after getting married. I love Matt and have been praying that he comes through.

Downloaded Zoom, tried password and passcode, and it did not work. It was already paid for. So the moral of the story is I will not be recommending this ready group to anyone.

I know I ordered a book. I had deleted many emails so can't find the order number.
In the meantime my husband passed on 9/23/24. I give up!!!!!!!
Still waiting for the book I paid for. Gotvthe emsilit was shipped on 8/17. Sent 5 unanswered messages

I bought 4 tickets for Nov 4 online reading and realized after I got the confirmation that it was at 12:00pm and that this time would not work so I asked them to please change it by just 1 day to November 5 and they would not. I sent them 3 more emails explaining that we were having a girls day and that some of us had to work on Saturday and would they make a one time exception, that I was not asking for a refund but just to change the tickets by just one day.
The event is almost 2 months away. I Have sent 4 emails, crickets - no response. Tried calling the number on their website. They don't accept calls.
He should remember that he only got successful because of people like me who have supported him along the way.
I love his readings, but this will be the last one. He seriously needs to revisit his customer service department

To get my recording of online reading with matt
I had an online reading with Matt on September 23rd and would like a copy of my recording of my reading. Apparently they dont give you your reading.
When you're in the reading you're in the moment
I don't remember a lot of the reading. I would just like a copy of my personal reading. But they won't give it to me.
I don't think this is right
Or fair. I wish someone would allow me to get a copy to watch and listen to again

My innocent comment on Matt Fraser facebook post
They deleted my comment on his facebook post about ticket limiting for October online group reading.
I simple asked if it would work with closed caption because Im hearing impaired! And then I got replied from a stranger saying she had her deaf son who have a long difficult journey to live with it. And when I tried to reply, they blocked me as I couldnt get back to her.
It doesnt seem like Matt Fraser is a real saint!!

I downloaded the app zoom like I was supposed to. I used the codes given to me to access the live event.
I wasn't able to join and I have yet to hear back from anyone in regards to being able to join a different live event since I don't want a refund I want to be able to see the live event. It's what I was anticipating for over a month and am very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Hello, I paid for a reading. It was 335.
I got a phone call and then got hung up on. I never got my reading. The call was literally a minute long. I never got a call back.
Nothing!!!!
I am beyond pissed! I just want my reading or my money back!

I sympathise entirely. I actually received the e-mail instructions and thought I was following them exactly on the day of the reading I had signed up for (29 December 2023).
All I kept getting was a blank screen no matter how many times I tried. While I admit that this was my first time attempting to use Zoom, my contention is that the instructions were sketchy. Customer Service has not been helpful. They have sent me two e-mail replies, each of which seems to contradict the other so that I am now uncertain what in the world I did 'wrong'.
I think the world of Matt, whom I have followed for a long time, and was so keen on joining a session. All I would like to do is be allowed to join another one.
