An 84 year old woman had $400 stolen from her by Warren MacIntyre of Matrix Bailiff Services.
He was paid $400 for a skip search but was unable to find the person.
He claimed a "process server" verified said person was at a location (actually provided by the woman) but wouldn't allow her to speak with this process server or get any affidavits or proof.
The 84 year old woman later sent a legitimate process server to this address and they verified the person she was seeking DID NOT live there, she got a signed affidavit proving as such.
Macintyre refused to return the money. He even refused to provide any kind of receipt for the money and was ultimately reported to the CRA for tax evasion.
Macintyre has since gone to the local police to claim he is being criminally harassed/threatened etc. because they were trying to get the money back from him for services he didn't provide.
Note that Macintyre lists a fake address on his website
