Cheated and black mailed

Met Lab Assignment claims that they provide tutorial and assignment help. After few initial conversation they will promise to do the task with efficiency and will ask for money in advance by promising that task will be completed as per the requirement. But, they never turn up or just in case they will reply they will provide absolutely useless material. They will stop taking your calls and won't reply to your e-mails. I I made a big mistake by seeking there services. They tried to trap me by asking for more money for the task and further blackmailed. Used abusive language, threatend to harm me and inform my school that I seeked their help. this guy is scam artist. asked me money from western union and now he is not able to finish work. not giving my money back too. i am sucked. failed and lost money due to this fraud. please advise me what to do and how can i get money back atleast...please help me . if money is transferred by western union we can not lodge complain. 8 have contacted WU. for same. the6 said we cant do much...i am totally helpless. omg why i trusted this man vivek. he never picked call and change his number.he is scam artist.. matlabassignment.com is *** site.....he has many websites......so bad.....
