Sent email to matheson in regards to invoice received that did not mention a credit balance. Jerry, from Moorefield, WV, store called and explained credit shows under account and invoice was not a bill, just invoice showing what was delivered.
Jerry was very friendly and courteous, much like the drivers for Matheson. Now I have a name and phone number, I will simply deal with Jerry.

Question about invoice
Had issues with a credit balance on our account. Was concerned that credit would disappear since it wasn't on the invoice.
Recently received a phone call from employee at Matheson Propane. He assured me account was showing full credit.
I wish all employees of this company were as friendly and decent as this gentleman was, drivers are also very good. I will make a point to try and deal with Jerry instead of local office employee.
