Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Product replacement

Purchased in June then first used in July. Broken zipper in August; it simply slid off the teeth when I opened the pocket. Nothing broken or ripped, no teeth missing, no obvious reason for the zipper to fail. Now they are not responding to my email request and their phone number goes directly to a voice mail; so far, no response to the CHAT system either. So much for the lifetime warranty. We'll see.
