its my first time ordering and probably the last, i was about to check out when a prompt tells me i can get 15% off when i used the app, so i downloaded the app nothing, code is not eligible, then i can get 15% off for first time order, the same thing, not eligible, why? And customer servise told me i have to open an account in oredr to apply the discount, i did , i oppenned the account and then the same thing, not eligible.
