Very poor service, our guest were upstairs over it too. They do not want to come back. They said an ordinary restaurant does not act like the staff that work at the match which is suppose to be mor

Also when you tell the server you want just mayo on your sandwich and it comes out with augie sauce, then the cook has to waste it and make another.

Also I like my fish well done and I tell them, it still comes out mushy Then they have to do it over and it comes out how I wanted it in the first place.

They forget the tartar sauce, another trip to the kitchen. There are about 3 good servers, the rest do not pay attention to anything.

What do you mean your guests were upstairs? Because this is a public forum anyone can see, email addresses are partially blocked.

You need to loosen the purse strings a little. This place is low-end basic. You also needed to discuss your issues with a manager the day you were there.

I do not to need to loosen the purse strings due to these are common sense issues. The servers need to use more common sense and pay more attention to what their customers want and ask for.

Just an ordinary restaurant does not have these issues because they give good customer service. The Match does not give good customer service, its like the server gives the service that they want to. You need to act like a responsible supervisor and do your job by making sure your staff give good customer service.

We are not young people, we are 75-82 and we derserve good customer service. We are from Chatham Ontario.

This is a public consumer website that gets millions of visitors per month. I doubt the person who responded to you works at the restaurant you are complaining about.

I certainly don't. I don't even live in Canada.

I would have left when the waitress picked up the fries up with her bare hands. That's as low-brow as you can get.
