They lost my keys to my car
Towed my car to Mataga Cadillac cause the car was dead. They told me the car needed a battery.
Fixed it told me it was ready for pick up. I get pay for the service and asked for my keys. They couldn't find the keys, they don't know where they are. I was told they will replace the key and fob that was on Tuesday 1st of March.
Here it is March 3rd and still no keys to my car. Everytime I try and speak with the manager he is conveniently away from his desk.

Mataga Buick Armed ROBBERY ME,NO GUN
HAD my car towed in Mataga buick talk with a man name JONATHAN explain to him that I needed a diagnosis on the car because if had been sitting up for a year JONATHANthen call me back and said the diagnosis is not showing nothing. TO make a long story short i got charged 200. dollors for diagnostic with the battery dead .Supposably a key that was supposed to be program to my car ,still dont know whats wrong with my car,had to have my car towed to another shop how can you charge someone for a diagnosis with the battery dead .SO THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY THIS IS ROBBERY THANK YOU STEPHANIE LEE 209 450-****

Miss diagnosis is money down the drain
I took my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix to Mataga GMC in Stockton. I was told that my catalitic converter was bad, so my mom and I purchased a new one from Kragen Auto Parts.
The next day June 15 I brought it into Mataga GMC to have it installed. 5 hours later we were informed that it was repaired. I took my mom to walmart which is accros the street, upon leaving to go home the car exibited the exact same simptoms.
I did not even travel 1/4 of a mile by the time this started. We just barely maqde it back to the GMC repair shop. Sofar $700 has been spent and my Grand prix has not been fixed.
Now my car is there at mataga awating more repairs for more money. niether me or my mom are wealthy but these people think we are.
