The team was very knowledgeable about the colors and design we were searching for our project , and we ended ordering 9 rugs for our NY residence.

He was rude and nasty. He is worse than a used car salesman with a lot of lemons.

I wrote a review of the experience on Yelp. He asked me to take it down. I did, but then i softened it and placed it up again. I was called and threatened.

He went on to call me a "***" when i said i stood by my word. and continues to threaten to "ruin" me. Who does that? I understand being a snake oil salesman as you bark at employees.

Then to call and say a term so rude.

I don't care how lovely your rugs are. I think his actions to the people that have worked hard for him speak volumes about your character Joseph Mastour.

Our interior design company purchased many rugs at the trade show from Mastour fine rugs and we would like to thank them for the great customer service and the attention and their time they spent with us and explaining us the true work of arts they carry .

Our clients Are very happy and greatful to Mastour for the rugs they received in their house .

Their customer sercive and expertise is truly number 1. And their sales team was amazing.

We will be sure to buy many more rugs from Mastour and recommend them to Any high end interior designers and architects.

I first met Mr. Joseph Mastour on an Expo, he is very professional, and clever, showed me all of his collection. When I sent my order with my 9,500usd, THEY NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN!!

If it was a lucky day that one of the two Mastour guys picked up the office phone the could tell a story that they have traveled all over the world working and they would answer for sure on the next day. Now I have many months with NO REFOUND, NO CARPET AND NO ANSWER!!!

MASTOUR GALLERIES IT'S A FRAUD!! Be carefull!!

They took 4 months late to deliver and they delivered a chinese cheap carpet instead of a an indean silk hand thufted as they charged. The worst thing is that they blackmail you for not writeing reviews...

I am an interior designer and I purchased a rug from George and Joseph Mastour in November of 2012 to present to a client, with the specific understanding that if the rug did not work out, I could return it for a full refund. The colors of the rug did not work in my client's room, so I did return the rug promptly.

It was received by Mastour Galleries on November 26, 2012. It is now February 2013, and I have yet to receive a refund, despite numerous phone calls and emails.

I've reported them to my credit card company. Very unscrupulous business men.
