- - Banksy on Masterworks was highly anticipated, but payments to buy shares failed.
- - Payments failed despite funds and updated card details.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Banksy on Masterworks was probably extremely awaited, and I suspect Masterworks not to have decent enough payment infrastructures as my payment to get shares failed multiple times (there are sufficient funds on the account, card details are up to date)... this is really shaking my trust in your trust-based alternative investment type of business. I am angry, so unless you provide me with some sort of compensation, what could have been small but consistent investments (I let judge my history), this is the end, I will patiently wait to cash in on the few assets to be sold eventually.
