Front desk was very rude to me
The girl that check me in Fri ask if wanted single bed or double bed ask for single still got a double ask her warm food up cause no microwave in room food was still cold go back ask re warm it she say no and I can leave and what's up like she wanna fight so not professional but yall have my money and can't accommodate me I was to upset but wasn't work jail time for her *** other than that room was good just no microwave or refrigerator

I have stayed at masters in seffner for a week now with my father and for what i paid there should be alot less problems and issues. First night cut knee on broken glass that was left on bed.
Ac so moldy and disgusting it barely blows and has made me congested. Roaches everywhere , room not cleaned i had to sweep when we firs arrived.
Loud and rude neughbors with barking dogs all night long and dryer doest work in laundry area and i have brought all this up to staff for nothing to be resolved. This is unexceotable and needs to be fixed asap.

Disrespectful employee
Nikki the supervisor put me out of the establishment simply because I had to hang up being I was at work!! I also informed her I had to hang up as well!!
I didn't destroy any property or threatened any employee.
So she had no right to do so just because I hung up (My) phone!! Horrible supervisor!!
My stay
Unauthorized person in my hotel room. Someone entered the room once I left. Never had this problem previously.

Well trying to save a person from being homeless and the woman yes we have one and when she found out she had a disability she said sorry we don't have one now so I would never get a room hear.

I called and asked for names and employee numbers but the manager refused and hung up in my face .
The lady in that tired wig was so rude and impatient. Started cussing at me, calling me out my name and broke because she made a mistake and charged my card after I said I booked online !
Asked for a manager and the manager was JUST AS RUDE !
Threatened to fight me and call the police, I was out in the cold for 30 minutes waiting on a Lyft back home. I called the next morning and the manager hung up in my face .

My room is without electric for 2 hours and counting. Other rooms around me have electric so it is a problem with the hotel yet no one has called for maintenance or even went to flip a switch a since it is most likely a circuit breaker.
I have to put up with the muggy heat while no one tries to fix the problem this is not good business doing times like this. There should be someone here able to handle this simple situation

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE
This is by far the worst costumer service i have ever recieved. The front desk was extremely rude when we tried to get a room.
They put us in a smoking room, so we went back and asked for a non smoking. They said, it would be extra. We said fine and paid. The next day when coming back to my room, the key wouldnt work.
So i went to the front desk. They refused to let me in the room I PAID FOR because my ID was still locked in the room. I now have to wait in my car until my husband returns in the next 2 HOURS to get his ID.
0 stars. I will forever warn people of this place and the terrible and trashy people working there.

I paid for a room that I never stepped foot in. I work closely with COVID-19 vaccines knowledge and important cleaning is during this epidemic.
The lobby was filthy and the hotel clerk( who refused to come from the back of the lobby after offering me a full refund) At this point I just want my money back.
I never entered the room due to not the filth and not feeling safe. The hotel clerk told me the cleaning crew hadnt been there for 3 days prior to my booking and the officer that came on site told me that he had complaints from others and that I had to come back in 3 to 4 days for my refund

Refuse to give me a refund...
Won't even give me my property until I pay $22.60 for their property when I refuse to stay their.. The male laugh at me and push me away... I'm pissed off

Theif and Ruled Employees
I stay at your master inn hotel and i left my glass and call i and they said housekeeping return them and i can have anyone to come get them not anyone should be able to come pick up my glasses with out my permission! I call on server time and they give me the run around and my daughter has been staying there for while asking about my glasses as well and they are given her the same!
I spoke with Ann no last name she was ruled!October 17/20 at 11:50am or 12:00pm.today and she states that she having seen my glasses and she giving me time to come get them do to the virus she Haven't been in the lost and she just kept saying over talking me. im assuming you know ! I just need my glasses! there was there now no one knows where they at !!
I stay in room 202 and my daughter was 203 at the time i stay there!Ann was very nasty and hung up in my face! This is not the time for me to get disrespected by no one im human like her i didn't disrespect her at all! I have left my number and no manager or supervisor contact me! why just say i need my glasses !!
Dereon glasses brown tint with bio focus lens i need them they are my everyday wear ,and i have cancer i shouldn't have to do this about my things! If i don't get any respond you with hear from my attorney!

My tv just went out i paid for 1 week 309 plus tax i asked 4 them 2 fix it she said no mechanic in today i gotta wait tomorrow my show comes on at 8pm but obviously im going to miss it then i asked can she switch my room she said no

Masters Inn is a Mess
We checked into Room 240 on 10/02/10 and was shocked of the condition of the room. We didn't even sleep in the room last night.
We just left. We came to Masters Inn because of the affordable rates, but we didnt realize that we will have to sacrifice quality for price.
The room was cleary under construction. The dry wall was incomplete.
The desk drawer had no drawers and the other one desk drawer was missing. The refrigerator in the room was filthy. The overhead lights over the vanity mirror did not work. There was no water or water pressure in the room.
I couldn't even wash my hands! The floor in the bathroom had no tiles! We had to put down towels to step on because the floor looked soo dirty. I couldnt call from the room to the front desk because the phone was not working and the furniture in the room is falling apart.
There were no comment card left in the room and I don't blame them and none available at the front desk. The peephole on the door for 'safety' is practically covered wit paint so that defeated the purpose.
We will not come back to masters inn to just save $10.00 when we can go somewhere much nicer and feel comfortable in the room. I worked in the hotel industry for years and know that that room was unacceptable.-oh and I forgot to mention the cobwebs..
