Had a shambolic experience with them. Wasted 2 days being home to wait for the plumber...
who either did not show, showed without the tools or the parts. Call centre and owner were unhelpful. Did not understand what could be done in terms of service recovery.
Overall would not recommend! :(
Masterfix arrived to my property to fix leaking boiler, received quote for £790+vat
had another company recommended by a friend arrived and fixed for £120
All it needed was a washer!!! part that Masterfix quoted was not even in my boiler . My boiler is in perfect order till today.
Be aware!!!
