Tire quality

I purchased four p225/65r19 tires and it has a excess rubber around the seam of the sidewall and I'm just wondering if the people that I bought it from sold me recap tires or is it normal to have that excess rubber on the side walls and if so how do i temove they look like crap

User's recommendation: They are probably recaps dont but them. No one got back to me.

Failed Tires

I purchased the Master craft tires in size P205-60R15 and have had two blowouts in the last two years! They are horrible and a safety issue!! Will never buy them again! Too risky, not to mention unsafe!

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY.

Great product

On interstate 78 we were on our way home from Wildwood, NJ. We were approximately 35 miles from home, also pouring rain. I was in middle lane when a pickup truck started to pass me. He just got past my truck and he lost control going across the front of my truck and I swerved to th left as not to hit his backend. He then hit guardrail on right side of road and shot right back at me. I hit the Brakes then swerved to the right just missing him again. My truck never slid or fishtailed. I think the good Lord helped me maneuver as well as I did but I am still giving credit to my MASTERCRAFT TIRES. T

User's recommendation: Buy Mastercraft tires. Just may help save your life.

I purchased new tiires in another state and they dont want to stand by the warranty

Yeah, TireVille in Garrett, In. Is the worthless company I purchased the new Mastercrafts on my truck and they just keep giving me excuses and telling me they will fax the invoice to the co.op. for me and it's the 2nd week and they still havent done anything! They are also the same people who sold me a used set of Mastercrafts for my Mazda that one blew out each week, 2 of them blew out, while the car was sitting still! They said, they would make it right with me but had only replaced one of the four! They are some worthless representatives of Mastercrafts name if you ask me! At this point, I'd never purchase another set of Mastercrafts tires new or used!

User's recommendation: Don't buy Mastercrafts and expect what you pay for, as far as service and reliability goes you might as well buy your tires at Wal-Mart!
