I purchased new tiires in another state and they dont want to stand by the warranty

Yeah, TireVille in Garrett, In. Is the worthless company I purchased the new Mastercrafts on my truck and they just keep giving me excuses and telling me they will fax the invoice to the co.op. for me and it's the 2nd week and they still havent done anything! They are also the same people who sold me a used set of Mastercrafts for my Mazda that one blew out each week, 2 of them blew out, while the car was sitting still! They said, they would make it right with me but had only replaced one of the four! They are some worthless representatives of Mastercrafts name if you ask me! At this point, I'd never purchase another set of Mastercrafts tires new or used!

User's recommendation: Don't buy Mastercrafts and expect what you pay for, as far as service and reliability goes you might as well buy your tires at Wal-Mart!

Tire warranty is no good. Its a scam to get you to buy.

I bought 4 Master Craft Grand Touring tires size 235/65R/16. We put them on a Honda Odyssey. All was good they where 80000 mile tires one started vibrating it had about 26000 Miles on it. I took it back to the dealer where I bought them and they said the problem was the tire. We balanced the tire 4 times and nothing helped They said they thought it was out of round or starting to separate. They put on a new tire and said they would send the bad one in for adjustment. The dealer measured the tread depth in several places and said it averaged 7/32 tread still on the tire. They sent the tire to the company for the amount of the adjustment and the company said they measured the tire depth and found only 2/32 of tread left. I have three more of these tires that where put on the carat the same time and they all show an average of 6/32 to 7/32 of tread still on the tire. I feel this is a way for the tire company to rip of the consumer and keep from honoring there warranties.

Tires bad in 1 year

Bought a set of tires from sams tires 1 year ago paid almost 400 dollars for 4 now am having to put on another set I am 72 years old on a fixed income had to make monthly payments. A shame I only put maybe 10-1**** miles have no receipt because of making punts these were supposed to last me a while but needless to say they didn’t it is a shame that you have forgotten quality instead of worrying about quantity. At 72 and retired and again on a fixed income I just want you to know it’s not easy having to come up with money to replace tires in a year. My prayer is that you will go back to quality instead of quantity. I have since had to file bankruptcy due to my health. I have had to borrow the money to buy this set just wanted you to.know that it is not easy as a retired 72 year old to replace 4 tires in 1 year
