Mastercard gift card fraudulent transaction
MasterCard did not make this right. They basically did no investigation and denied my claim and closed the case!
So, because of this, I now have an expired driver's license (as that was the reason I bought the card, was to renew my DL). They said any balance remaining on the card at the time I reported the incident would be mailed to me on a new card!
The nerve! I'm pissed!

Mastercard gift card fraudulent transaction
As soon as I activated the card ~ I immediately tried to.use it to pay for my DMV license renewal fees online & the $ was ALREADY gone! Everything from that point on I did to try & resolve this issue was essentially a dead end/loop.
Forget about actually speaking to a live human in customer service ~ not gonna happen! Doesn't exist or so it would seem..?!* Tried pissedconsumer.com Spoke w 2 different agents on separate occasions. They're going to "look into it" & I have to wait up to 90 days before I'll know more ~ whatever that is..?
So ~ now I won't be able to renew my DL in time before it expires ~ impacting my life in a MAJOR way because of these clowns... Master Card you need to correct this & make it right before this happens Oct 3rd..

I bought a teacup Maltipoo puppy on Rozanne's Teacup Puppies site on Facebook. They used the $300.00 MasterCard gift card to make purchases and never sent me the puppy named GiGi.
I tried to report the charges for fraud but had no luck. Teresa Lovell tkoleske6962@***.com.

Mastercard is full of it the stupid computer they use to scan stuff is broken (saying my id copy I sent is blurry and again with the second people with reading glasses don't need them to see the copy's I sent) IT'S BEEN A YEAR PLUS AND THIS *** IS STILL GOING ON PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING RELATED TO MASTERCARD GIFT CARDS

I called because I bought a MasterCard gift card and called to activate it and they said it was invalid. I mustve called 10 times.
So I got online to do it as I usually do anyway to register it and it did not take my card, like it did not know the number. I cant get a hold of MasterCard through any of the numbers that I have found so I got a hold of, you. I put in my number and then I had to put in my number again and it hung up on me.
Im already aggravated enough because I spent a lot of money on this gift card. That did not help.
