I purchased a Glacier bathroom cabinet from Home Depot yesterday. When I opened the box and looked inside, the cabinet was there without a shelf or drawer.

I got hung up on when I called. Not sure what else to say. Just need to contact customer service about a customer order.
Discuss a cancellation /restocking fees
- - Part of my order arrived; second part was delayed 3 weeks.
- - I canceled and paid a restocking fee for the first order because items hadn't shipped.
I purchased master brand kitchen cabinets and received part of the order. The 2nd part of the order was delayed by 3 weeks.
My contractor had already torn out my kitchen & was planning to install based on the 1st delivery date. He was able to get me cabinets to keep on schedule. So I canceled the entire order.
I paid the restocking fee for the 1st order, but dont think I should pay for an order that hasnt even left the factory! Master brand makes you pay a restocking fee even under these circumstances!
Terrible company- BEWARE!!!

I purchased kitchen cabinets at Lowes. I received the first part of the order, but wasnt aware that the 2nd part was coming a week later.
My kitchen was ripped out & my contractor didnt want to wait so long- either did I. So I canceled the order. Returned the 1st part & paid restocking fees. Now Lowes wants restocking fees for 2nd half when it hasnt even left the warehouse!
Bad business! Never again!

- - Ordered Glacier Bay vanity cabinets from Home Depot on 8/16/2023; one arrived damaged; requesting return label and replacement, please advise.
We ordered, through Home Depot, two of your Glacier Bay 24.5" W x 18.6" D x 35.4"" H Freestanding Bath White with White Cultured Marble Top, Vanity Cabinets Order #WJ3873**** on August 16TH of 2023. When they arrived, one of them arrived damaged.
I would like a return label from you and a new replacement of this same vanity cabinet as soon as possible to complete the project I am working on.
Please inform me how to proceed.

- - Could not remove drawers; levers wouldn’t release; customer service failed; drawer loosened after 40 min, others after 19, found right/left lever.
Couldnt remove cabinet drawers as levers would not release. Called Customer Service & your Rep.
didnt know anything about your product nor could he refer us to the proper personnel to remedy the problem. My contractor also wasnt able to remove drawers. Your CR said I should drive back to HD were I bought cabinet & have them show me how to remove drawers. I told your C/R that store was 10 miles away & gas is expensive in CA ; that would been 40 plus for 2 trips to the store.
So, your C/R was useless to resolve the problem.
After 40 minutes one drawer came loose & another 19 more minutes for the other 2 drawers to come loose. We finally found the right combination of moving levers (right & left side) .
- Easy to install once drawers were removed

- - Customer service couldn't provide the drawer removal procedure and sent us to HD.
- - Home Depot is far and hard to reach, and calls are unhelpful.
We werent able to remove cabinet drawers to install cabinet. Called your customer service & guy that answers said he couldnt help us of direct us to anyone in your company to find out what procedure to use to remove drawers.
He said to go back to Home Depot & ask them to show us how to remove drawers. Home Depot is 10 miles away from me & with the price of gas in CA thats ridiculous.
Calling HD also out of the question as they dont answer or direct you to the wrong department. Over this was very bad service from your Customer Service Rep.
