OMS SUCKS!!!!

I purchased OMS and was not able to use it until my service contact ended. After that it took me over a week to get help to get a new contract or have anyone speak to me.

Everyone was busy and no one was available to speak to or return an email. I finally said I would stay on the phone to speak to a represtative and held for a manager who said, "I'm so sorry." The are the worst company to deal with. They only want to deal with new companies and sell their system. Their customer service Sucks!!!!!

I have moved to quick books enterprise and the system is so much better and service is better. I prefer them and would recommmend them or OMS!!!!!

Two Sides to Every Story

I am the Executive Vice President of Master System. Our brand is OMS. In my 11-years with OMS if I added up all the complaints, and, I mean "complaints", asserting unfair business practices I would say venture to say the voice of the writer of these complaints is but a single person out of a community of thousands of companies.

In fact, I would also venture to say, I believe I know the author.

What I do not understand is why this person hides behind this website to allege any misdoings of OMS and populates this site with their allegations and does not personally adress them with me personally so we may clear the air. If OMSlawsuit@***.com is a willing participant, the door to my office is wide open.

OMS, Office master system is a joke

OMS software price, is whole lot more than a piece of professional softwares like quickbooks, peachtree, which has better reputations.

OMS software quality, Office master system failed to make a correct basic balance calcalation, super buggy, and software setup process will make you sick.

Finally, their support /customer service is the worst in class, terrible, aweful. and plus super high per hour rate.

Warning to you all before you even consider buying OMS, Office master system. this is a real story from an unsatisfied customer. We wasted huge money for this *** software. Please call us or email us, we would be happy to tell you more details about this story. wish this comments will help you.

We take great care to satisfy the thousands of globally based customers who are using OMS. Our customer support analysts back OMS by providing quality customer support and this is proven and backed by a 99.3% meets and exceeds expectations survey results.

OMS has stood up to the test of time for quality software and data integrity for small, midsize and publicly held enterprises.

Perhaps there are a few who believe differently and, to those who do, we extend a helpful hand. After all it is about keeping the customer satisfied and, at the end-of-day that is exactly who we are and we what we do.

You are correct. They always have been full of lies, and their support has been really very aweful.

They do not care for their customer sake other than $$$$$ in their eyes.

Also their management has been the worst in the class. Always in meetings, and can not get to upper management when you have a problem (OTHER THAN WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO BUY A SYSTEM THEY WILL TALK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY). *******BEEN LIKE THAT FOR YEARS AND IT STILL IS THE SAME FULL OF LIES COMPANY.

********You are better off in investing with Quickbooks, Sage Mas90, other high tech systems instead of this dingy system. THE SYSTEM IS IN VERY OLD CODE TECHNOLOGY. There are a lot better system out there and accounting that is accurate. IF you do not want to lose sales, make sure you DO NOT BUY OMS MASTERSYSTEM.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conflict Materials Report Reprimands Nintendo, Canon, and Nikon

Most of us don't give a lot of thought to the origin of our electronics. Not only are the vast majority of devices made overseas in factories filled with underpaid workers, but the components for these devices often come from even more dire places.

The Enough Project has been tracking so-called conflict minerals and it turns out that some of the biggest names in consumer electronics are also the biggest users of conflict minerals. Find out who has been trying to clean up their act--and who hasn't.

FARNBOROUGH, England (AP) - Boeing Co. clinched the first big deal of this year's Farnborough Airshow on Monday with a firm order from Air Lease Corp. for 75 of its redesigned 737 aircraft worth $7.2 billion.

The order is a big win for the Chicago-based company at the opening of the week-long airshow, south of London, and is the first order for the MAX, a new version of its best-selling 737 aircraft, by a leasing company.

"They are an ideal partner to help establish the 737 MAX in the leasing market," said Ray Conner, Boeing Commercial Airplanes president and chief executive.

The MAX incorporates new technologies designed to make the aircraft more efficient, reliable and comfortable. So far, Boeing has secured orders and commitments for more than 1,000 of the aircraft.

Updated at 11:55 a.m. ET: In a dramatic victory for President Barack Obama, the Supreme Court upheld the 2010 health care law Thursday, preserving Obama’s landmark legislative achievement.

The majority opinion was written by Chief Justice John Roberts, who held that the law was a valid exercise of Congress’s power to tax.

Roberts re-framed the debate over health care as a debate over increasing taxes. Congress, he said, is “increasing taxes” on those who choose to go uninsured.

NEW YORK (AP) - A group of New York City pension funds is suing current and former Wal-Mart executives, saying they mishandled an alleged bribery scheme at the world's largest retailer.

The group filed a lawsuit on Monday in the Chancery Court of Delaware on behalf of the company itself against the executives.

The goal in such cases, known as "derivative actions," is to change the way a company is run. As with other derivative actions, the plaintiffs are seeking to recover any fines or other financial damages that Wal-Mart faces as a result of the violations and have the money be awarded to the company. The pension funds own 5.6 million shares of Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

This is the latest of at least a dozen such lawsuits filed against Wal-Mart since the New York Times reported in late April that Wal-Mart's Mexican unit allegedly paid millions of dollars in bribes to win favors. The Times said executives didn't notify authorities even after Wal-Mart found evidence of the scheme.

"Rooting out the directors and executives responsible for the current crisis would be a first step, but Wal-Mart also needs corporate governance reforms and an independent board that will protect outside shareholders and safeguard against another breakdown of internal controls," said Jon Liu, New York City Comptroller in a statement.

Pizza Hut, the chain that has stuffed its crusts with "succulent hot dog sausage" and cheeseburgers, is now entering the sandwich business with another creative concoction: The "P'Zolo." The LATimes describes the $3 sandwich as a "cross between a sub, a roll, and a Costco-style chicken bake." It comes in three flavors -- meat trio, Italian steak and buffalo chicken -- and is served with either ranch or marinara dripping sauce. The company is targeting Subway's "boring footlongs" with its marketing of the "P'Zolo" and is giving out free samples today to passengers riding the Red Line Subway in Chicago. Clever, huh?
