Warranty by Master Mark Plastics is worthless
I chose Rhino Deck when I have my deck built nine years ago. though it was quite expensive I thought it would last many years and be more maintenance free than wood. However, the first year it formed a black mold and need to be power washed and treated every year. Then, the planks expanded never to contract causing water to stand on it. I had to have it replaced after just nine years at my cost because they said the 20 year warranty did not cover installer error. I am now out of all my money and hope no one ever buys their product!

Rhino Deck can't find dealers
I have half of the decking around my cabin in Rhino deck. It does stain and needs cleaning every 6 months or so. In one area the ends of two board warped. But, I tried to purchase more for my back deck. So, you can see I'm not totally dissatisfied with the product. Unfortunately, the dealers listed on their web page no longer deal with Master Mark Plastics. I think they keep them listed even though one said they no haven't bought materials for 7 years, just to look like they have dealers. In fact, there is not one single dealer in California. That alone tells you something is wrong with this company.
