I had the same issue. Dealing with it right now.

Door ordered March 20, 2014. Typing this on August 4th (4 1/2 months later). Still no door or transom.

I am now working with the credit card company for them to credit me back the deposit. I am not a competitor but will be working with one of them shortly to get a new door and transom after I receive my deposit back.

I know who you are because your previous posts on this site are illiterate as this one. You never place your name or even an ALIAS, but you do a great job at blasting my name.

Luckily for us, we have never been affected by your threats and false accusations but rather been blessed with a lot of work and continued growth. I am a man of honor and integrity and I have nothing to hide. As my Sister Claudia indicated to you before in your previous posts, we will never be intimidated by you and your personal vendetta against me to this day has not harmed me whatsoever. I reccomend you seek The Lord and his righteousness, Richard Wallace, and perhaps you can find some peace in your heart.

I just received my stunning new door from Master Iron Company yesterday. It is incredible!

Even more than I had hoped for. ,) Quality is perfect. It arrived right on schedule and the installation was great. They even had to do some brick repairs, which was at no charge.

It is the best experience I have had with contractors in the Metroplex and I have had some bad ones!! Not with Master Iron Company. My daughter had Master Iron make her door a few months ago and her wonderful experience with them influenced my decision to use them. I have much praise for their whole company.

I have to think the negative comments about them are from their competition! Sad.

Claudia Bastista is a lying cheat, along with Mel Soto. They took my 50% and ran with it.

They REFUSED to return any of my calls or money. After weeks of trying to get ahold of them I finally was able to catch up with him and confronted him about my money. Once I did he instantly got in contact with Claudia and my money was returned in a matter of days. That was a couple of years ago.

And I went out on a limb to just search his name again and come to find out he is STILL up to his old tricks. This guy is a cheat.

He has stolen thousands of dollars from innocent people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

After an investigation with due diligence on the "Where is my door" posting, it turn out to be a competitors tactic of getting back at our company after losing a contract to us. There was nothing to pursue without unreasonable doubt against Mel or anyone else in this company. You are the first out of my many closed and still coming in, "Home Mag" leads that decides not do business with us without even calling. We could of taken care of you as we have cared for all of our clients. I can assure you that our business is highly professional and customer service oriented. I know for a fact this company is shady,or at least Mel is. I did work for Mel and he never paid me after i finished.

He wouldn't call me kept putting me off gave me the run around etc.

etc. He's good at that.

Please look no further. I will start by saying that in the Dallas Home and Garden Show, it was not Mel that was there, it was me Claudia Batista and my sales consultants.

I was there in all three days from beginning to end. Further, out of that event I was fortunate to of closed 6 deals, even with the other three competitors present. All 6 projects have been ordered, manufactured, and installed. I have a list of leads with whom I spoke with and if you kindly give me your name, I am sure I can cross reference your information with my records.

Also, our merchant services are working and have worked fine. If you want to use your VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover, please let me know and I will gladly run a $1.00 transaction right in front of you to satisfy your doubt. Was talked into doing a job for him cheaper than usual(by him) and was given a deposit which didn't clear at first(first mistake) then never paid me the balance after i was done. By all indications one would determine a person a liar, and a thief. Good luck if you wish to do business with this company

Im a Master Iron Designs customer near Las Cruces New Mexico. I purchased two doors from Mel and they were delivered in a timely manner. Didn' t have problems with installation either.

Master Iron Designs delivered my door on time, and a did an exceptional job on my door. It raised the value of my home; and peace of mind, I feel a lot safer with the iron door.

I really don't know why these people are bad mouthing Mel and his reputable company. I know that R&C Roofing, did a horrible job at my cousin's home in Addison, TX.

They had water leaks all over the house, and had to get their roofing done by another roofing company that Mel Soto recommended. Thanks Mel, I look forwad in doing business with you again.

To me, he is the best out there, as far as business goes. He did an incredible job, absolutely stunning! I'am really sorry to hear a single bad complaint about Master Iron Designs, because to me they exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond.

I do not know about master Iron Design, what I can speak to is Richard Wallace he is a LIAR and a Thief. I speak from experience, he stole $1700.00 from me for stairs that he will not deliver (I think because he never got them) and always has an excuse for why the check is not here. NEVER give him a dime or you will be sorry.
