AI Highlights
  • - 4:00 pm appointment confirmed by texts and emails.
  • - Arrived; time was 6:00 pm and they could fit me in.
  • - A 10-minute visit produced a new Rx I can't use.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm - received several confirmation text and emails confirming the date and time. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that my appointment was at 6pm.

I was able to show the confirmation of the time via text and emails, in which I was told I was still wrong, my appointment was at 6pm - but they could "fit me in". Well, you are not "fitting me in", I have an appointment that you verified and sent several reminders! Being "fit in" means you get a 5 minute exam. I am a type 1 diabetic so I rely on this exam to make sure that I do not have any damage from my diabetes...but also for my contact Rx.

I was told my Rx had changed, I was given the new Rx and shuffled out the door. Total time spent at the appointment was 10 minutes. Well, with the new prescription, I cannot see. I have called back to speak to the doctor, but he will not call me back - I am told "he is busy" by one of the ruddiest people I have ever spoken to in a medical setting.

I either want my money back so I can go see another doctor, or rewrite my Rx for my previous Rx. I am told I have to come back for another full exam.

Why would I come back to you guys for another exam that you could not do right the first time. Take my warning and DO NOT visit this Master Eye Associates!!
