I have two master craft full view storm...doors
- - Master Craft full-view storm door: screen/window fell out, taped back.
- - I'm 80; warranty up, can't afford repairs, it rattles and is heavy.
I have tow master craft full view storm doors one came with a different stop to hold screen and window in. it was long and no problems , The Other day I sorted to go out the door off my bedroom and the entire screen and window fell out on me I was lucky at 80 I was steady enough I caught it and yelled for my helper from the elderly assistant place ,, we had to duct tape it back in.
I'm 80 can you send someone ot fix it ,, the warranty is up and I can't afford to hire it done. It rattles every time it shuts and I have to keep pressing the tape in I'm afraid it will fall out and catch me off guars and hurt me very bad, it is heavy
Preferred solution: I just want the same stops as other door to hold the screen and glass window in it and someone to install it since Im 80 and not my fault
