Missing delivery

Placed an order for 15 items on the 13 th May 2022 delivery was suppose to have happened on the 27 th of may 2022 . Delivery has not come . Need the items for the 28 th of may 2022. I have bending refund of online order not receive for more than 1 month , no specific date for the refund, still sending emails to ask and pegged for my money ,I regret ordering from this brand , I would never recommend it for anyone, Bad experience Bad team Even at their shop no one is willing to help

Third time ordering same pair of shoes online because style not available at local store. Ordered a pair of monk strap brown suede shoes, approx $300+ value. First time the shoes were too small, which is not their fault obviously, but did notice that one of the shoes was pretty scuffed up. Considering the price and quality of shoe, pretty disappointing. Second time ordering, got mismatched pairs in the same box! A size 9 and a size 10. Third time, the left shoe was so scuffed parts of the shoe had no suede on it.
