- Financing promises and monthly lease rate for 3 years were not kept.
- 4 months later, the reply had no answers, apology, or remedy.
No one ever reached out to me. Called me back. Just ignored.
Livid! Salesman Austin Lambertus and Kevin Timothee in the Plantation office made promises they did not keep.regarding the financing and monthly rate of my 3 year lease contract.
Once you drive off the lot - you never hear back from them...calls, letters, etc...After 4 months, I finally get a response from a detailed letter I sent them - I they sent a letter back to me with no answers, no apology, or suggestion as to how this situation could be made right.
They got away with a quite a bit of a my money regarding my monthly lease payments.. These people should not have a licence to sell candy bars - Let alone cars!
- Cant see any pros when there are so many cons
- Not trust worthy
- Bad customer relations very poor communication

- Wagoneer claimed new; odometer papers not filled and it had over 200 miles.
- I put down 15k for retirement gift and contacted Vince, who said it's okay.
I just purchased a very expensive 2022 Grand wagoneer . The sales paper stated it was a new vehicle, the odometer documentation copy that I received was not filled out.
After a couple of days, I figured out how that the vehicle had over 200 miles on it, and that the dealership didnt disclose that to me. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I put down 15k for this truck.
This was supposed to be my retirement gift to myself self after retiring for the military. I contacted Mr Vince and he acted as if everything is okay but its not!!

Verified Reviewer |The worst Service ever stay away
- Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee; registration and radio issues unresolved.
- Service delays, parts late, car scratched, manager dismissive.
To say that my experience at Massey yardley was disappointing is a gross understatement. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherooke on 9/2/2018.
From day 1 the finance department failed to give me the registration so I could transfer my plate and the radio and steering wheel button did not work properly. I was told to bring the car in.
I called the service department and asked if I could make an appointment well I was told they did not do that. I went in on Saturday morning at 7:30am and was told by Helen there was no one available to come back Sunday morning. I did at 7:30 am. The technician tried to diagnose the issue but was interrupted by Helen who proceeds to argue with them to look at someone else’s vehicle.
Once we get past that the technicians told me to bring the car back on Tuesday morning to fix it. When I returned I was told the part was not there and I had to come back.
A week and a half goes by before they call me to tell me the parts are in. 4 days with my car they call me and tell me all fixed. When I pick up my car not only is it NOT fixed but I now have scratch in my brand new car. Do NOT ever do business with this company.
After all of this I then have the Service manager Ron call me today to basically tell me that his people don't want to deal with me because I am too demanding. I should not be upset about a hunk of metal and the poor service I received. After speaking with him I now know why Helen is still there and nothing gets done. He told me he was doing me a favor and I should take my vehicle to a different dealer and they were not going to fix the scratch. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MASSEY YARDLEY. I would not send my worst enemy there to purchase a car.

- Ted handed a form for an engine flush; said no charge if declined.
- They sought $780 for an alternator bearing and $125 for refusal after signing.
I purchased a car from Massey Yardley. I went in for repair on my car to find out about noise concerning idling.
I also went in for an entitled free oil change. I was serviced by "Ted". He handed me a paper to sign before taking the vehicle, explaining that it was for a possible engine flush...i told him that i was not sure if i wanted the engine flush, i wanted to find out what the noise was and get the oil change first. He said ok...just sign ...and you will not be charged if you decided not to get the engine flushed...well upon returning to pick up my car they wanted to charge me $780 to replace an alternator bearing which i declined.
I was then told i had to pay $125 for refusing the service because i signed the form that was explained to me as and "Engine Flush". This form of sales trickery is called "Sliding". Tricking the client into signing to pay for something they are unaware of. NO INTEGRITY!!Ted also never called me to tell me what was wrong with my car.
I had to go to the dealership the next morning to find out was was wrong. He told me he dialed the wrong number and got a fax machine. However, upon closing the transaction, my number was correctly displayed on the invoice which again was another LIE.
If you are honest with clients, YOU will keep clients for life. Other you will LOSE THEM.DO NOT GET SERVICED BY THIS DEALERSHIP.Ted was a great example of lieing to the client to make a quick buck!
