Ants after you just came out

Someone was just out and now there are ants on our counter in kitchen I dont understand what they are even doing when they come and supposedly treat to prevent pests when we always have to put our own stuff down in yard for fire ants and have to keep calling because bugs come in our home. Felt this way for awhile but just been dealing with it on my own because feels like they dont really do what needs done the First Lady recommended bait and turned out they accidentally sent someone for when someone needs new service so then I had to wait for different guy to come and he said I didnt need bait he had something else that worked better but it dont seem like it if were now having a whole different problem now

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

In November 2022 I filed a complaint about being charged for a service the I cancelled. Following is my comment as well as Masseys response. They are now threatening to turn my account over for collection even though the general manager called to apologize for the problems and agreed to cancel th invoic 1 star 11/10/2022 Massey Services Pest & Termite control contacted me by phone to schedule termite inspection and control shortly before our 1 year contract expired. I declined the appointment due to unsatisfactory results on the pest control they also provided and instructed them to cancel both the pest control and termite control. Two months later I received an invoice for pest control with a "reported" service date well over one month after I cancelled with customer service. When I contacted them they stayed that in the fine print on the back of the contract that they require written cancellation. The secondary issue I reported was that I was home the entire day of their supposed services. There was no paperwork left behind and no one ever entered my property- inside or outside. It is impossible to actually perform services without being seen, so apparently they are retaliating because I cancelled their terrible services. I strongly urge anyone considering using this dishonest company to look for another option even if it initially costs more as I now have no issue with the unwanted pests that we had while Massey supposedly sprayed for pests. Terrible customer service

In November 2022 I wrote a review (see below) because of a invoice for services was sent for services that I had cancelled more than 3 months prior.

Now I am being threatened with collection, even though the general manager called to apologize and offered to cancel the invoice.

You failed to cancel in writing, a minimum of 30 days before the onset of the next billing period. My supposition is that there was an "automatic renewal" clause in your original contract (use a jeweler's 16x loupe to read the fine print) which requires written notice.

It's a real fishhook that consumers should be aware of. Telephoning, while convenient for you, doesn't count. Calls disappear like a puff of steam in the wind.

Anyone could claim to be you over the phone. Your enemies could shut off your electricity, water, gas, trash collection, yard mowers, snow plows, maid service ; anything and everything if calls were adequate.

Terrible service, even worse customer service

After one year of having to treat my property for bugs after each visit by Massey, I cancelled the service by phone with the customer service rep that called me to schedule the next treatment. I explained that I was cancelling all services because of terrible results. Two months later I get a bill for a visit by Massey for the latest treatment. When I called in to inquire why they would show up after I cancelled, I was told that since I didnt cancel in writing my contract was still going to be enforced. They explained that the back of the contract had some fine print stating that all cancellations had to be in writing. Stay away from these people they are dishonest and their products are terrible

Hired this company to make my lawn look better paid Over 1000 dollars to have my lawn reseeded Fertilized and and aerated.i was guaranteed a great lawn. The entire back yard lawn died. It looks like a patch of dirt . Never again

Million dollar bedbugs

we got bedbugs about 1 year ago we called a company named massey services in west Columbia sc.i paid them 450.00 dollars and they sprayed inside my house and outside my house but it did,nt get rid of the bedbugs,they told us they could come back every 3 months and spray again for $89,00 dollars. they came back and sprayed 2 or 3 times, and I paid them 89.00 dollars each time they did it,but we still have the bed begs I got tired of it,so I went to the bbb for help but they hav,nt said yet what I could do about it.i told massey services that im not going to pay them 89.00 dollars to spray every 3 months and get no results,ive already paid them 350.00 dollars for the first treatmen and 89.00 dollars 3 times after that,but we still have the bedbugs,they said we got off lite because useally it cost 1200 dollars to get rid of them.i don't know what else I can do now,cant afford a lawyer and cant afford 1200 dollars,im letting it go for now,
