Order has been delayed twice when will it arrive

- They said the covers are custom-made and stock timing is unknown.
I have been waiting without notification for a cover for my massage table for a month it has delayed twice no one let me know.its had been raining constantly so my table got wet I could not use my previous cover because a client had ripped the strap from the case.( trying to help me by carrying it for me) my second call trying to find out what happened I was told they were "custom" made and they had no idea when they would be in stock.
