What is making me cancel my membership more than a year is the owner Stephanie Sewell horrible, disrespectful, degrading attitude with a positive tone to the voice. This happened twice already and that is what made me say I am done with this place. And it was for health reasons I can't control, I have been a member over a year and only twice missed my appointments. Sandi Romero is the head owner of this brand and I am wondering if anyone said anything about Stephanie's behavior?

Miss an appointment for any reason and Stephanie will let you how she could of given this appointment to any other customer who would be glad to have this spot but it was given to you instead and you messed up and now her employee can't get paid. And the nasty sunshine voice grilling into your ear, you messed up and how dare you. I got to say there there are reviews of others saying the same thing. Find it funny how the employee can't get paid when you get charged for the missed appointment as much as the membership cost that you pay every month for one session.

The staff is very nice and stephanie is going to show you a nice side of her but miss an appointment and you are mistreated with a positive voice and disrespectful words, as a loyal member and paying customer who wants to go into an environment like that to get a massage. DAY LATER UPDATE: I am glad in the process of canceling I found Hand and Stone and for about the same price I can get massage, wax and facial. They wave my application fee and the great thing is no contract. There no show fee is 20% or forfeit a credit.

They were so so nice and the fact I can use this any location in any state is amazing. they have 4.9 stars and over 600 reviews.
