I have been calling the Massachusetts Office of Unemployment since October 4, 2024, and no one is picking up the phone. I tried to see if I can get an appointment to do a walk-in, and I won't be able to get one until November.

Shaking my head, what system is this that suppresses the people?

How am I supposed to pay my bills? This country is very inhumane to their citizens.

Preferred solution: They need to hire people and fixed the problem, because this problem can ruined someone life by making them homeless and depressed it doesn't play on your mine
