Massachusetts Attorney General - I got in rich with the attorney general.

I told attorney general about the problem I had with nextdoor customer service. Attorney general mailed me a complaint form to fill out against nextdoor customer service.

I want nextdoor customer service to cancel and or delete my account.

Hopefully they will delete and or cancel my nextdoor account. I never bought anything from nextdoor but I tried selling some things at a discounted price and nobody on nextdoor would buy it.

User's recommendation: Don’t be a member of nextdoor because it’s a pain in the neck to get so many emails. It takes lots of time to email your neighbors back from nextdoor.

My complaint is about the constant attempts to fraudulently take my money every month by Experian. As part of the process, I notified the Mass A.G.

that their website has a box exactly like the one I am currently typing my message on; however, that one stopped allowing me to input data right about here...

Thereafter, no more typing or data was allowed to be done. I noticed this elsewhere on the page, but since 7/27, I have not heard a thing back; meanwhile, Experian continues to try to steal my money from my bank account every fricken month!

Bad business with All Modern ( Wayfair)

Hello,

We are at wits end in a dispute with All Modern and would like your help. Here is the situation:

We purchased a dining table from All Modern, (we live in Canada) in Feb, the cost in Canadian dollars ( charged to our visa ) was $1450.97 Canadian.

The purchase price was in US funds, visa changes the currency into Canadian of course.

The table arrived damaged ( corner smashed in). All Modern told us to donate it, keep the legs, and a replacement table top would be sent to us.

We waited and waited and waited for months....I finally called All Modern in late May, to be told the table had been cancelled for sale.

( thank heavens I called to check).

They issued a refund in US funds, the amount we received was $1310.01 Canadian.

We are short the difference of $140.96 Canadian. ( !450.97 purchase, minus 1310.01 refund)

We expect them to refund the remaining $140.96 Canadian to us, as this equals what we paid.

We have no table, All Modern held $1450.97 for six months interest free, then cancelled our table and did not notify us, so essentially it cost us $140.96 for nothing.

The table they cancelled is available in the US at TOV for $799.00, (who has told us to go to Wayfair to buy it), so why was our table cancelled?

All Modern broke our agreement to purchase, kept our money for 6 months, now continue to owe us $140.96 to complete our full refund in Canadian dollars.

Please help us get our money back from them, $140.96 is a large sum to lose when All Modern broke our contract to purchase.
