I was left with a third degree burn by Dr. Smitta Koli and loss a significant amount of blood as punishment for being nine minutes late.

I tried to call on my twenty nine minute trip from Nahant but your communication system is worse than two Dixie cups and kite strung. Im a thirty year patient if Dr. Gottachall whom I luvd! Furthermore, I waited an hour without any communication from the staff.

Lastly, I sent a pic of my two to third degree burn and still was ignored. Dr. Koli is a pre Madonna that has totally lost touch with her patients and oath.

Maybe she should work more than three days instead of squeezing all her patients into (72) hours to make her bonus.

Bottom line, Partners Healthcare sucks.

Id rTher get medical care at the MacDonalds Drive Thru.
