Error on order
My order confirmation is not what I ordered. I want to cancel my order.
It was wrong. I ordered on line and the confirmation was not what I ordered.

They ghosted me
Customer service only operates through email. No human contact.
Customer service admits that I received 4 masks that were not sized properly. They are too big to wear. They informed me they do not give refunds and then disappeared. At some point they offered to replace one but I have four of the same and questioned if they could replace four with proper design and size.
Havent heard from them since. Their phone number is no longer a working number.

Remove charge
order was placed by mistake. order # 320746. did not want to place this order and would appreciate it being refunded for the charge of $30.80.
this is the second email I have sent in regards to this.

Needed to correct wrong discount code I had entered.
Masqd customer Svc responded quickly and made the correction and processed a refund for me.
Products are on the way.

Still haven’t shipped
A month later and still no mask. But they certainly charged my credit card.
They dont respond to emails.
On social media they delete your comment and block you from further posting. Thinking Ive been scammed.
