Delay is service and no response from dealer

Dears Despite my several emails, no action been take with a replacement car. I was told last week that the car will be fixed and ready by Monday 13 December which is today. I did not receive any call yesterday or today when should I come and receive the car. I made a call to the service representative today morning, it's been more than 3 hours now and no one get back to me, I called him again with no answer. I called the service center the service manager is busy. This is really sucks, I never went to such experience before, i don't believe this the quality of service of Maserati, I have been a Maserati owner for 8 years I never experience such quality of service.
