Can't get through to Customer Service

I am looking for an original Delta replacement part and wanted to confirm the product number so that I can order the correct item. I waited over 20 minutes today and over 10 minutes previously on hold, and eventually hung up.

I tried the digital assistant and all I got after several tries was a message to retry entering my question.

It was a waste of my time. I ordered the product from Home Depot.

Pull out spout for Delta Kitchen Faucet rusted.

Very prompt & straight to the point solution. Were extremely happy with the service provided.

In fact I was prepared to pay for replacement parts. But its free under product warranty.

Terrible quality control

Missing 2 doors, 3 are damaged, fridge panel wrong color, forgot base cabinet, 2 doors wrong style .

Repair parts under warranty not sent

I contacted the company Masco Canada last March to get replacement parts for a shower head. They told me at the time that they were to send parts under warranty, but since then I never received any parts.

(the order number: 590****) I sent an inquiry message each month to get an update from them and each time they told me " it should be sent by next week". I still don't have received anything, and they now ignore my messages.

I must say that their service is quite sub-standard and not at all what I expect from a serious company like Delta.

It will be soon 5 months since they were supposed to send the parts and still no news. This is ridiculous.

User's recommendation: for canadian customers, avoid buying DELTA items as the waranty is meaningless.
