TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
- - Appointments are rescheduled and dentists change often.
- - Cleaning was interrupted and finished later; online requests aren’t checked.
EVERY TIME I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DENTAL OFFICE they call and have to reschedule it! EVERY TIME!!
When I call and confirm the new appointment its NOT EVEN on their schedule! THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR patients time. They change dentists faster than any office I have ever seen!
One time I was getting my teeth cleaned which was abruptly stopped and was told they had another patient waiting so I had to COME BACK on a different day so they could complete my cleaning. So when I came back to have it completed the rest of the cleaning only took TWO MINUTES!
They had me go through all that simply because they couldnt complete a cleaning with two minutes left to complete. Incredible but TRUE!!
Plus it says on their website that you can schedule an appointment with them ONLINE.
No one in office even looks at their ONLINE REQUESTS!!
Another BIG WAIST OF PATIENT TIME! SCAM CITY U S A!!
